Proud to be a Living Wage Employer

We are voluntarily taking a stance to guarantee that our employees, and Modern Apprentices, may earn a wage that is sufficient to live in Scotland by paying the Real Living Wage.  

The Just Transition towards a cleaner, greener and more equitable world needs this approach.  We are, as of February 2024, only one of four companies in East Ayrshire committing to this and only one of 219 in Scotland.  Want to know how and why we make this work, get in touch!

The Living Wage movement seeks to accomplish this basic justice, which is why outstanding firms and organisations opt to go above and beyond the statutory minimum wage.  It’s not only the ethical thing to do; it’s also a viable position.  It guarantees that we recruit and keep the best and most motivated employees, whether they work for us directly or for others.  We want employees to be empowered, and paying the Living Wage is one way to do this, to atrract and retain them.
